1. RATES INCLUDE -15% V.A.T. Taxes
- Full 24 hours day.
- Oil and greasing.
- Safety belts in all cars.
- Radio and CD player in all cars.
- Road maps.
- Change of car in case of mechanical breakdown.
- 3rd party insurance
- Unlimited mileage.
2. PAYMENTS
The estimated cost of the rental is required at the time of delivery of the car. The final adjustment will be made on completion on the rent. Credit cards are required.
3. DRIVER'S LICENCE AND AGE
Renter must be in possession of valid Licence.
Minimum age 25.
4. GASOLINE: All gasoline is paid by the renter in advance and not refundable.
5. TRAFFIC FINES: All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
6. EXTENSION OF RENTAL: Should you wish to extend your rental beyond the agreed date of termination, it is important that Rental Gravity rental office is informed immediately so that insurance coverage is extended.
7. FULL CONDITION: All renters are subject to the full conditions which are detailed in page one and two of the rental agreement and should be read at the time of the rental.
8. ONE DAY RENTAL: Surcharge of EUR 50 per day for Groups A1 until C4
Surcharge of EUR 60 per day for Groups D1 until G2
9.TWO DAYS' RENTAL: Surcharge of EUR 50 per day for Groups A1 until C4
Surcharge of EUR 60 per day for Groups D1 until G2
10.REFUND POLICY
Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the rental date: Pay 0% of the total amount. Cancellations made 10 - 7 days prior to the rental date: Pay 20% of the total amount. 1 - 0 days or No show: Pay 25% of the total amount.
11.TIME BEFORE THE DATE OF THE RESERVATION BOOKING
You are allowed to make a car reservation maximum 6 months from the day of your arrival
