How can I make an online booking using your web site?

We provide a four step car online booking system and it is probably the easiest and fastest booking system in the world.

The first step is when you choose the pickup location and time and return location and time. Once you make your selections you press the Get Quote button in order to see all the available Car Groups with pictures and with the exact price for the dates you specified.


The Second Step is to Choose A Car
Here you see all the available Car Groups with photos and the exact pricing according to the period you specified. In this Step you have to select the car you want to book by pressing on Click To Book button


The Third Step is the Additional Options
In this step you see more details about the car you selected (car of your choice) and you can make additional selections for example Extra Driver, Baby Seat etc and press the button Recalculate or if you don’t want to select any Extras just press the Button Reserve This Vehicle to proceed to the final step which is the Payment Page

The Fourth Step is the Payment Page
Once you are in this final Step you will have to fill out your personal details plus your credit cards details.

After submitting your personal details you will get a Thank You page with a unique reservation code number . You have to print this page and bring it with you at the collection location of the car.

The procedure to book a car online with us is intuitive and the system itself directs you to the next logical step. Just Enjoy this easy and fast online booking procedure .

Do you provide us with a unique reservation code voucher that I will use in the collection of the car?

Once you complete the payment page you will be provided with the Thank You Page with a unique reservation code as described in question number 1) You have to print this Voucher and show it at the collection of the car at our Larnaka or Paphos airport office to avoid delays in the delivery



How do I meet you at the airport? Is there a transfer from the airport to the pick up point?

We have offices at both the Larnaka Airport and the Paphos Airport. You can just go to our local office of rentalgravity.com with your unique reservation code which you printed from our web site and pickup your car. There will be no delays, just an easy and fast pickup procedure.


When should I expect to receive my online booking confirmation?

Once you place an online car booking with rental gravity the first confirmation you will get is a Pending Confirmation. Once we charge you credit card you will get a Processed Confirmation. This can happen during a 1 to 24 hours period of time.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event the booking needs to be cancelled we require a minimum of 8 days notice from the time the car rental is due to start.

In the event of cancellations made up to 8 days prior to the rental date: You pay 10% of the total amount. For cancellations made 8 - 1 days prior to the rental date: You pay 25% of the total amount. 1 - 0 days or No show: You pay 100% of the total amount.
Note 2: If you are cancelling your booking from 8 - 1 days prior, the company reserves the right to bill your credit card with appropriate differences as mentioned above. If you do not show up, the company reserves the right to bill your credit card with the full amount.


How do I request extras like child seats?

Once you are in the Step 3 as described in details in the question number 1) you just select from the Additional Options the extra child seats .


Can I drive the car in to the North part of Cyprus?

No, unfortunately due to insurance restrictions our cars can not be driven in to the north part of Cyprus (Turkish occupied areas)



Are your prices All Inclusive? What do they include can you clarify with more details?

Yes, our rates include the following:

-15% V.A.T. Taxes
- Full 24 hours day.
- Oil and greasing.
- Safety belts in all cars.
- Radio and CD player in all cars.
- Road maps.
- Change of car in case of mechanical breakdown.
- 3rd party insurance
- Unlimited mileage

Is there any age restriction to rent a car ?

Generally the minimum age is 25 years. However we accept drivers who are over 21 but they must hold a license for a period of at least 3 years. There is no maximum age.


What happens if the car breaks down?

If your car breaks down, you can contact us on a 24 hours basis using phone numbers that we will provide you at the pick up point. You will get either a replacement vehicle or authorisation for repairs. We take it personally when an incident like this happens and we will do everything possible to satisfy you.

What happens if I'm involved in a car accident?

In the event of an accident, this should be reported first to us as soon as possible. Our telephone contacts will be provided upon car delivery. Write down full details of any third parties involved and get any witnesses contact details if you can. It is very important and a legal requirement to inform the local Police straight away (even if no one has been hurt or damages are minor), and you will need to obtain a signed police report.)


Does the car come with a full tank of fuel?

All our vehicles are delivered to you with a full tank of fuel payable locally and it is not refundable.

What happens if I drop my car off late?

Up to 4 hours (pre-agreed) delay, there is no charge. For 4+ hours you will be charged an extra day's rental.


Will I get the make and model of the car that I have requested?

Cars are booked according to group (you can click here to fully see our Groups with pricing) We can not guarantee a specific make or model of a car, however every effort will be made to provide the requested model. We can guarantee the Specific Group selected. The car photographs are for illustrative purposes only, to give the size and specification of car within each Group.
It is important that you choose your car group according to your individual needs (e.g. number of persons, luggage etc). Changing the car at the time of delivery IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE. If the vehicle supplied is unacceptable then we will try to replace it. If this is impossible (especially in the peak periods) then you will be allowed to cancel the booking, by paying 3 days rental, plus delivery expenses.



If my flight is late arriving at the airport will your representative wait?

It is important that you enter correctly your arrival flight number and estimated arrival time when booking your car. We have offices in the two airports of Cyprus Larnaca International Airport and Paphos International Airport so the only thing you have to do is to come to our delivery points with your unique booking voucher to pickup the car.

Payments
An online deposit of 15% of your car rental price will be made, the rest is payable at the time of the pickup point. A confirmation email will be sent after payment has been received.
